Getting fit on your schedule!

Workout when you want.  DVC has made the Weight Room (PE-101) into a Fitness Center that allows you to “workout” when you want.  Earn up to 2.0 units.  Learn more.


Introduction to Engineering is for you!

Are you a creative problem-solver?  Do you like teamwork?  ENGIN-110 is an introduction to different engineering disciplines and careers.  It is a transfer course to UC and CSU campuses and is a campus-wide GE course for UC Berkeley.  Currently offered on an online format.


French conversation and culture

Parlez-vous français?  Mais oui!  What is the oldest royal square in Paris?  Where is the best place to watch a sunset in Paris?  Learn the answer to these questions and many more while sharpening your conversational skills.  Take beginning and intermediate conversational French 155, 156, 157.  Learn more.


Fundamentals of Physical Science

Trying to decide on a science class?  Why not take a sampler course?  Physical Science 112 (PHYSC-112) includes four different sciences:
Earth Science Astronomy
Chemistry Physics
After sampling the subjects, you can delve further into whichever science you liked best.


Getting psyched!

From adolescent development to transpersonal psychology.  DVC’s Psychology Department has added two new courses to its roster:  Research Methods (Psychology 215) and Social Psychology (Psychology 225).  Learn more.
